The Lake House
The firm designed this 6,345 square feet luxury estate in a private gated community in Malibu California. This 4 bedroom 5.5 bathroom property sits on a large lot featuring a grand outdoor living space with a ground level fire pit, tennis court and a breathtaking pool. When the CEO of a high-end tequila and whiskey brand envisioned this estate he wanted to incorporate a sexy nightclub vibe into the design. By partnering with Interior Designer Colleen Torres of IDC Designs; Burdge and Associates Architects were able to bring this vision to life in this breathtaking custom luxury estate.
